All products ship with a one year support agreement that includes technical assistance and free product upgrades of major and minor product revisions. Active Systems Monitoring Our "Active Monitor" software plug-in continuously monitors our applications to insure maximum up-time. "Active Monitor" reports status information to any number of support personnel or directly to Machine Automation's office. This information provides customers with maximum up-time and early notification of network or system problems.
